Punjab Technical University (PTU) DEP MBA Entrance Examination 2011-12

Entrance Test for Admission to MBA/PGDBM/MBA-LE

PTU is conducting the Entrance Test on 25.09.2011 at around 100 locations throughout India for students desirous of joining MBA/PGDBM/MBA-LE in September 2011 session. Desirous students must complete the following online registration process between 7th to 19th September 2011.

Eligibility:

i. MBA/PGDBM: Graduation in any stream or equivalent
ii. MBA-LE: Graduation in any stream with PG Diploma in Management from a recognized University

Important Dates:

Last date for online Registration: 19th September 2011

Download of Admit Cards: 20th September 2011 onwards
Date of Examinations: 25th September 2011
Declaration of Result: 5th October 2011

You will need to bring the following items with you to the exam centre:

1. Admit Card: You must bring your Admit Card with you to the exam centre. You will not be allowed to appear in the examination without it.

2. Required Identification: You must present an original, valid (non-expired) form of photo identification before you can appear in exam. The name on the photo identification must match your name as entered in the PTU registration. Acceptable forms of photo identification are limited to: driver’s license; passport; PAN card; voter ID; college ID (supported with a valid ATM/Debit/Credit Card with your name); employee identification card; or a notarized Affidavit with photo, signature, date of birth and residential address. Photocopies of the original are not acceptable. If in doubt, bring a notarized Affidavit.

Note: If you do not present appropriate photo identification, you will not be allowed to take the exam.

Exam Pattern: Paper will have only two sections. There will be total 60 multiple choice questions in the paper, 30 in each section. The duration of paper will be 120 minutes.
