Eligibility:

1. B.E. Degree Programmes (4 Years)

i. A pass in HSc (Academic) with maths, physics & chemistry (OR)

ii. A pass in HSc (Vocational) with maths, physics & related vocational subjects (OR)

iii. Diploma i any one of the programmes viz., Civil, Mechanical, Electrial, Electronics, Chemical and Computer Science Engineering (OR)

iv. Any other equivalent exam approved by the Annamalai University with the minimum percentage of marks as below;

• O.C Community - 50% average in the related subjects
• B.C Community - 45% average in the related subjects
• MBC/DNC Community - 40% average in the related subjects
• SC/ST Community - A Pass

2. B.E. (Part Time) Degree Programmes (3 Years)

i. A Pass in diploma course in the related subjects viz, Civil/Civil & Structural/Architecture/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics & Communication/Computer Science & Engineering/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics Engineering/Information Technology/Chemical conducted by the State Board of Technical Education of Tamil Nadu or its equivalent examination with 3 years professional experience in a recognized industry or organisation after passing the Diploma Examination.

ii. The admission is restricted to those working or residing within a radius of 75 km from Annamalainagar.

iii. The application should be sent through their employers.

iv. Minimum experience of 01.07.2012 3 years after passing diploma course examinations. Entrance Examination and Interview will be conducted on 01.07.2012 Forenoon at Annamalainagar.

Cost of Application Form:

i). B.E. - SC/ST: Rs. 300/-; Others: Rs.500/-
ii). B.E. (Part Time) - SC/ST: N.A.; Others: Rs.600/-
