PTU B.Tech Admission on AIEEE basis
Punjab Technical University (PTU) Combined Entrance Test (CET) Scrapped, Admission on the basis of AIEEE for Admission in B.Tech, B. Pharma in in Engineering / Pharmacy colleges affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar / Punjabi University, Patiala / Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
The Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar has announced to accept AIEEE scores for admission in its Engineering courses (B. Tech.) from next session. Earlier, PTU was organizing a separate entrance examination (CET).
According to a notification on the PTU website, CET has been discontinued and students have been suggested to apply for AIEEE 2012. PTU’s VC Dr. Rajneesh Arora said that this change will decrease physical, mental and financial burden a student has to bear.
If you are planning to take admission in any engineering program of PTU, must apply and appear in AIEEE 2012.
