UPESEAT 2012 Admit Card (to be downloaded from UPES website):
On the basis of information in the Application form, admit card of provisionally eligible candidates will be uploaded on the University website on
12 May, 2012. Candidates are required to download the admit card accordingly. The duly completed downloaded admit card with photograph affixed (duly attested) in the space provided will have to be produced at the allotted test centre. Candidates without the admit card or card without the photograph will NOT be permitted to take the test.

ADMISSION CRITERIA: Central Counseling
# In event of less candidates meeting this requirement, the remaining seats will be filled through UPES Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT)
100% Scholarship on Tuition Fee (2011 - 12)
i. Scholarship will be offered to students securing an aggregate of 85% marks in class 12th & 90% marks in PCM for B.Tech (all streams) in CBSE of ICSE Examination Board. Such scholarship will be limited to 5% seats in each B.Tech. Program.
ii. Scholarship will be given on the basis of Merit only.
iii. Continuation of Scholarship in the subsequent year will be as per the University policy.
Candidates placed in compartment are not eligible for admission to any program of study in the University
Candidates who want to avail scholarship have to submit class 12th marks (only CBSE & ICSE Board) on UPES website by 31st May 2012
Age Criteria:
Only candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 1, 1990 are eligible to apply for admission. Date of Birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate only will be taken as authentic.

Candidates are cautioned to fill the City code and shade correctly as the allotment of required Test City will be based on this information only. Candidates need to give both first & second choice as per their city preference in OMR/Online Application form.

Reservations / Quotas:
15% of seats in all programs (subject to merit) are reserved for domiciled students from Uttarakhand subject to production of domicile certificate. However, in event of the seats remaining unfilled, the same shall be treated as unreserved.
3% of seats in all programs (subject to merit) are reserved for Differently Abled Students with minimum physical disability to the extent of 40%. The Differently Abled candidates are required to submit a certificate from the authorized Medical Doctor/Hospital indicating the extent of physical disability. However, in event of seats remaining unfilled, the same shall be treated as unreserved.
No other reservations/quotas exist currently for any course/program offered at UPES.
Cost of Prospectus & Application Form:
By Demand Draft/Online: Rs.1700/- for all Programs
By Cash: Rs.1600/- for all Programs
Candidates can collect UPES Prospectus & Application form by sending a demand draft in favour of
"UPES Fee Account", payable at New Delhi / Dehradun alongwith request letter or by Cash payment from admission counters at Ahmedabad / Chandigarh/ Cochin / Coimbatore / Delhi / Dehradun / Hyderabad / Kolkata / Mumbai.
