Under Graduate Programs:
1. Integrated BA LLB with emphasis on Energy Laws (5 Years)
2. Integrated BBA LLB with emphasis on Corporate Laws (5 Years)
3. B.Tech Energy Technology + LLB with emphasis on Intellectual Property Rights (6 Years)
4. B.Tech Computer Science + LLB with emphasis on Cyber Laws (6 Years)
i. 5 years Integrated BA LL.B with emphasis on Energy Laws & 5 years Integrated BBA LL.B with emphasis on Corporate Laws:
Eligibility: Minimum 50% Marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)
Admission Criteria: UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test (UL-SAT) / Board Merit / CLAT Merit / L-SAT India Merit followed by Group Discussion & Interview
Duration: 5 Years
ii. B.Tech. Energy Technology + LLB with emphasis on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) & B.Tech. Computer Science + LLB with emphasis on Cyber Laws:
Eligibility: (1) Minimum 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th) (2) Minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level
Admission Criteria: UPES Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT) followed by Centralised Counseling
Duration: 6 Years
Note: Above Programs are Approved by Bar Council of India
Only candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 1, 1990 are eligible to apply for admission. Date of Birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate only will be taken as authentic.

Duration: 3 Hours
Admit Card: (to be downloaded from UPES website)
On the basis of information in the Application form, admit card of provisionally eligible candidates will be uploaded on the University website www.upes.ac.in on 12 May, 2012. Candidates are required to download the admit card accordingly. The duly completed downloaded admit card with photograph affixed (duly attested) in the space provided will have to be produced at the allotted test centre. Candidates without the admit card or card without the photograph will NOT be permitted to take the test.

Law Programs through Board Merit/CLAT Merit/LSAT Merit:
For BA LLB/BBA LLB Candidates with minimum 50% Marks in Higher & Senior Secondary (10th & 12th) and CLAT ranking upto 1500/ LSAT - India Score of 60 percentile or above will be exempted from UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test and will be invited directly for GD and Interview.
For B.Tech. + LLB Candidates with minimum 60% marks in Higher & Senior Studies (10th & 12th) minimum 60% in PCM at Senior Secondary Level (12th) and CLAT ranking upto 1500/ LSAT - India Score of 60 percentile or above will be exempted from UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test and admissions through merit ranking.
For BA LLB / BBA LLB Candidates with 85% marks in 10th and 12th best of five subjects (English as one of the compulsory paper) are exempted from UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test and will be invited directly for GD and Interview.
For B.Tech. + LLB Candidates with minimum 80% in 19th and 12th PCM are exempted from UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test and admissions through merit ranking.
Cost of Prospectus & Application Form:
By Demand Draft / Online: Rs.1700/- for all Programs
By Cash: Rs.1600/- for all Programs
Upto 20% seats shall be filled through Board Merit/CLAT/LSAT Category. Incase, any seat remain vacant UPES has right to fill such seats through any other means.
