ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT) 2011

IBSAT Admission 2011:
IBSAT is an aptitude test conducted by the ICFAI University Group, for students seeking admission into the management programs. IBSAT consists of multiple choice questions. IBSAT is for 2 hours duration and is aimed to test the applicant’s ability in quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning and reading comprehension.
IBSAT 2011 Schedule:
i. Last date for receipt of completed OMR Application Form is: December 08, 2011
ii. Online Admit Cards: From November 15, 2011 onwards at www.ibsat.org (No hard copies will be mailed)
iii. IBSAT 2011 Date: December 24, 2011 (Saturday) 02.30 pm - 04.30 pm
iv. Reporting Time: 01.30 pm at Test Center

IBSAT 2011 Eligibility:
- Graduates (any discipline) in English medium with 50% and above aggregate marks.
- Final year students awaiting results can also apply.
How to Apply:
Applicants interested in appearing for IBSAT can apply by any one of the following methods.
1. OMR Application Form: Applicants are required to fill up the OMR Application Form enclosed and send it to the Admissions Officer, IBSAT Office.
2. Online Application: Applicants can apply online by filling up the Application Form available at
www.ibsat.org and make payment of Rs. 1,200 towards the cost using Credit/Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard/Citibank Card) through secure internet payment gateway. The IBSAT Application Material will be sent to such applicants.
3. Download of Application Form: Alternatively, applicants can download the Application Form from
www.ibsat.org, complete it and send it to the Admissions Officer along with the demand draft of Rs. 1,200 towards the cost (DD in favor of
“IUCF A/c IBS” payable at Hyderabad). The IBSAT Application Material will be sent to such applicants.
Last Date for Application:
The last date for receipt of completed OMR Application Form is
December 08, 2011. All applicants are advised to adhere to the last date prescribed for submission of the application form. Please submit the application form as early as possible to improve the chances of getting the test center of your choice.

It is mandatory for all the applicants to indicate their e-mail ID, as all important information relating to IBSAT will be intimated to the applicants by e-mail.
Similarly all applicants are required to send their letters/correspondence by e-mail only to: info@ibsat.org clearly indicating their names and Application Number of IBSAT.
Test Centers:
IBSAT will be conducted all over India. The applicants can choose any one of the test center available for IBSAT. Please note that requests for change of test center will not be entertained under normal circumstances. In the event of not having enough seats at the requested test center, applicants will be allotted the nearest alternative center. IBSAT Office reserves the right to add or delete a few test centers depending upon the situation. The same will be intimated on the website
www.ibsat.org for the benefit of applicants.
Online Admit Card:
All applicants who have applied for IBSAT are eligible to download Online Admit Cards from
www.ibsat.org, using the application number and date of birth as their user name and password respectively
from November 15, 2011 onwards. The online admit card will carry the name, address, roll number of the applicant, test date, timings, and details of the test center. No hard copies of Admit Cards will be sent. The admit card is not transferable. Impersonation is a punishable offence under law.
IBSAT Results:
The results of the IBSAT 2011 will be hosted online on
www.ibsat.org around
January 23, 2012. The details of the score (in terms of percentiles) obtained in the test will be intimated to all applicants.
Jurisdiction: Jurisdiction for all disputes (if any) relating to IBSAT is only/exclusively Hyderabad, India.
