Bharati Vidyapeeth All India Entrance Test (BVP Medical CET 2012):
BVP UG medical CET 2012 is an entrance examination for admission in MBBS, BDS, BAMS and BHMS courses of Bharati Vidyapeeth University. Bharati University has medical colleges for MBBS at Pune and Sangli, dental colleges for BDS at Pune, Sangli and Navi Mumbai and Ayurvedic and Homeopathic colleges for BAMS and BHMS at Pune. Every year a large number of students apply for this courses through BVP UG Medical CET 2012.

Eligibility: Passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Exam. (HSC) with at least 50% marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST and pass in English)
For Admission to MBBS/BDS: The candidates should have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained at least 50% marks in PCB taken together in the 10+2 (Science) exam or equivalent.
For admission to BAMS/BHMS: The candidates should have passed 10+2/HSC of equivalent examination in the subjects of PCB and English individually and must have obtained at least 50% marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST). Candidates who have appeared for qualifying exam and results have not been declared may also apply. Medical fitness is required.
Reservation of Seats:
i. Open for all states
ii. MBBS 250 seats, BDS 300 seats, BAMS 100 seats, BHMS 100 seats
iii. 15% (seats are reserved for Foreign / NRI (Non-Resident-Indian) / Management Category students)

Candidates who have appeared for or will appear at the respective final qualifying examinations and are expecting the results thereof are also eligible to appear for these Entrance Tests. The candidate should write the Entrance Test name, his/her name and the contact no. at the back of D.D. and also give his/her detailed address with a Pin Code number & Contact number separately on a sheet of paper.
