Postgraduate Programs
MD, MS, DM, MDS, Mch*, MPT, MOT, M.Pharmacy, Pharm.D, Pharm.D Post Baccalaureate, M.Sc Nursing, MPH, MBA - MPH (Dual Degree), MBA - Pharma, M.Sc in Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Medical Biochemistry, Medical Microbiology, Biostatistics and Epidemiology.
Advertisement will be released in all leading dailies during the month of November / December for admission to various programmes and entrance examination will be conducted during the last week of January. Admission to this program will be based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. The candidates will be called for final admission based on the merit list and the counseling which would be held at SRM University.

1. Sale of application forms: 27th November 2011 onwards
2. Last date for receipt of filled-in application: 18th January 2012 for PG programs
3. Entrance Examination: 29th January 2012 for PG programs
How to Apply:
There are 4 ways to apply to any one of the programs in Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.

2. To download Application Click here. The downloaded PDF application form has to be filled and couriered along with DD for Rs. 750 drawn in favour of SRMIST payable at Chennai to Director, Admissions, SRM University, Kattankulathur - 603203, Kancheepuram District, Tamilnadu, India.
3. Purchase application form through the sales outlets (Click on the names to get details of addresses of sales outlet):
i. Banks (Axis Bank, City Union Bank, Indian Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, State Bank of India)
ii. Post Offices
iii. SRM University Campuses and Offices (Chennai | Delhi)
4. Write to Director, Admissions, SRM University, Kattankulathur - 603203, Kancheepuram District, Tamilnadu, India along with DD for Rs.750 drawn in favour of SRMIST payable at Chennai, with a covering letter mentioning clearly the complete postal address. Candidate should write their name and address on the reverse of the DD.
The complete application should be sent to the university so as to reach before the last date specified.

i. It is the responsibility of the candidates to ascertain whether they possess the requisite qualification for admission. Having been called for the written test/ counseling does not necessarily mean acceptance of the eligibility.
ii. The admission offered to a candidate who has been provisionally admitted to a program will stand cancelled if he/ she does not submit the relevant documents pertaining to admission, in original (such as Marks Statements, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate etc.) to the Admissions Officer before the date stipulated in the admission offer.
iii. Admission to various programs will however be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates/ documents of the candidates. In case any discrepancy is noticed, even at a later point of time after admission, the management reserves all right to cancel the candidate's admission and such a decision shall be final and binding on the candidate.
